Major Activities
Determines and creates functional specifications from business case requirements. Analyzes functional specifications to determine the design approach. Develops detailed specifications, including record layouts, program descriptions, decision tables, etc. Develops program logic and codes programs from specifications. Designs and executes testing, debugging, and documentation plans. Updates and modifies existing programs from detailed specifications.

Designs, develops and executes test plans and test cases of high complexity. Works independently on complex testing plans. Creates test scripts using Mercury Interactive QC Suite. Creates and implements testing procedures and standards under the direction of development manager.

Provide tier 1 functional software support to Imaginera customer base. Understand and articulate customer functional issue and provide guidance in issue resolution.
Functional Expertise
2-3 years experience in supporting 1 of the 3 areas:
1. Accounting/Financials
2. Manufacturing/Distribution
3. Platform Support.
The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, a high level of PC literacy and strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. The platform team requires a strong background in Window NT and SQL databases, preferably Centura SQLBase. Accounting/Financial Support Analyst will require knowledge of AP, AR, PR, GL, Financial Statements, PO, Inventory and Job Cost Applications. Manufacturing Support Analyst should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Corrugated Box or Folding Carton Industry.
Major Activities
Provide timely, accurate and helpful assistance to our international user base through the use of Remedy Corporation CRM Software. The primary responsibility of this position is Customer Service. While this position is a member of our in-house support group, emergency travel is a possibility. |
Provide software training, implementation and business consulting services to our international user base. The services are provided on-site at our client's offices/plants.
