Position-Senior Programmer Analyst

Overview
Designs, develops, tests, and debugs programs of moderate to considerable complexity.  Works independently on complex problems.  Participates in the development of major systems modules and programs.

Technical Expertise
Minimum 2-4 years experience in software development with demonstrated expertise in VB.Net, Visual Basic, ASP.Net, C#, and Sql Server.  Must also have experience performing requirements gathering and preparing technical specifications and related documentation.  Experience with VBA and IIS a plus.  BS in Business Information Systems or equivalent is required.

Major Activities
Determine and create technical specifications from business requirements.  Develop detailed specifications, including database schema design.  Develop program logic and write program code from specifications. Devise and execute testing and debugging plans.
