Position-Customer Support Analyst
Overview
Provide tier 1 functional software support to Imaginera customer
base. Understand and articulate customer functional issue and provide
guidance in issue resolution.
Functional Expertise
2-3 years experience in supporting 1 of
the 3 areas: 1. Accounting/Financials; 2. Manufacturing/Distribution and
3. Platform Support. The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in Business,
Accounting or Information Technology, a high level of PC literacy and
strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills. The platform
team requires a strong background in Window NT and SQL databases, preferably
Centura SQLBase. Accounting/Financial Support Analyst will
require knowledge of AP, AR, PR, GL, Financial Statements, PO, Inventory and
Jobcost Applications. Manufacturing Support Analyst should have a minimum
of 5 years experience in the Corrugated Box or Folding Carton Industry.
Major Activities
Provide timely, accurate and helpful assistance to
our international user base thru the use of Remedy Corporation CRM
Software. The primary responsibility of this position is Customer
Service. While this position is a member of our in-house support
group, emergency travel is a possibility.
