Hyperware Acquisition

Cosmo T. DeNicola, President of Amtech Software, is proud to announce the acquisition of Hyperware Software Company of Brentwood, Missouri. Hyperware’s Box Pro Software is installed in over 65 Corrugated plants in North America. Hyperware will continue to operate as an independent enterprise. Ron Marchlewski and Scott Langreder, former principals of Hyperware, have signed a long term commitment to manage the operation and facilitate its continued growth and success.
