AMTECH'S DENICOLA ACQUIRES ZYTEK

     Cosmo DeNicola, president of Amtech Software, is proud to announce his acquisition of Zytek, Inc. of Irvine, California. For 10 years, Zytek has implemented their software in over 150 box plants in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Zytek software users will be supported by a new company, Sonoma Systems, LLC, which will be located in the Irvine, California area. Sonoma is
staffed by software and box industry veterans from Zytek.
     As the Director of Operations for Sonoma, Steve Rohde is responsible for managing the support, programming, service, and sales functions.
     Jan Rohde will be visiting customers to fine-tune their costing systems to ensure clients have confidence in their pricing tool. Jan will also lend his senior experience to development projects and customer support, as well as provide continuing education and training.
