A major distinction in this division is that it’s available to all box plants without regard to the software they use to operate their business. Amtech’s well-rounded knowledge of hardware technology, the box industry and software platforms put us in the perfect position to offer a full suite of services, even if the plant is not running Amtech’s software. 

Simply put, it means less confusion, better decisions, higher utilization and lower cost for box plant computer technology. Our hardware network team complements your existing IT person or provides the same level of service for plants that do not have a person assigned to these responsibilities.

Amtech’s 30,000 square foot corporate headquarters is located in Fort Washington, PA, just outside Philadelphia. This facility has given us the ability to expand our customer support, inventory, repair center and rollout services. Our increased staff gives us the ability to advise on technology strategy and
sourcing as well as hardware, networks, and most importantly understanding how it affects our clients’ box business.

Our customers have access to 40 full-time customer support technicians. Our certified technicians are available “‘round the clock year ‘round” – a telephone call or email away with 24/7 support available. We never close.

Our offerings include complete infrastructure reviews, sourcing and installation of servers, networks and hardware peripherals, computer training, system tune-ups, disaster recovery, network management and custom network configurations.
