Amtech’s headStart imaging service ensures an easy to manage comprehensive installation by working with the client on building company approved software images and desktop components that
guarantee compliance and ensure that no illegal or unauthorized software is present on their computers. Our headStart imaging service also makes new hardware turnaround time faster since we maintain a copy of your pre-approved images on file. Each unit is inspected, quality assured and custom packaged, giving our clients a headStart advantage.



Next, through our safeGuard service, we register our customers’ hardware with the manufacturer and tag all of their assets with a unique barcode that gives our support team access to all the serial numbers, part numbers and any other critical information to facilitate support calls, repairs and replacement.


No small or large technology investment can succeed without dependable equipment and comprehensive support. Our neverDown spare pool and asset management service allows our customers to reduce the amount of equipment they need to purchase without negatively affecting productivity. We accomplish this by maintaining an inventory of spare units and components. If a failure does occur, we will overnight a pre-configured replacement.

We deliver full service maintenance for both in and out of warranty equipment. Our services include remedial maintenance, replacement parts and technical support. Our in-house technicians utilize state-of-the-art test equipment and software to diagnose and repair equipment right down to the board component level.
