NewBiz® SFA leverages the power of Microsoft Outlook to become an industry-leading contact and customer management system. Designed
for selling organizations where management of contact details, activities, opportunities, and communications is essential for making
sound business decisions.
Is NewBiz® as powerful as some of the more well know Contact Management Systems available in the Marketplace?
Yes. NewBiz® cuts through the clutter only measuring the critical aspects necessary for business analysis and increased sales

Is NewBiz® Easy to Use?
NewBiz® is designed for ease of use. If you can use the email functionality of Outlook you can use NewBiz®! Point and click
customizations for the way you sell and adaptable to Box Industry business terminologies.
How Much Training is Necessary to Implement NewBiz®?
A total of 5 days for all individuals involved in the process – 2 days for SFA and 3 days for Workflow & CRM. Training is divided into two separate visits to minimize time spent out of the field for sales reps and to assist with training retention.
How Does NewBiz® Workflow – Work?
Workflow is an electronic process to generate and track requests for designs, samples, and quotations. Requests flow through the system
smoothly documenting date and time when the request was initiated, who touched it, what they did to it, and when they moved the request
on to the next step in the process.
How Will My Present Work Processes be Affected Implementing NewBiz® Workflow?
Impact will be minimal if at all. Workflow only makes your current business processes electronic. NewBiz® creates a depository for all
information relating to a request including CAD designs, drawings, Imaginera specs – even emails from and to the customer.
What is NewBiz® CRM?
NewBiz® CRM provides a comprehensive view of customer information in an easy-to-use format providing real-time view of Sales, Order
Bookings, Order Backlog, and Quote Hit Lists.
Can I use NewBiz® CRM for Sales Forecasting and Budgeting?
Absolutely! NewBiz® CRM provides the critical sales and customer information necessary for more accurate budgeting and forecasting
without the need to sift through reams of data and reports.
Do my Sales Reps have to be connected to our network to use NewBiz®?
Absolutely not! A further power of the software is its ability to function in an off-line environment. Sales reps can input date into
SFA, Workflow, and CRM when out of the office at home, at the local coffee shop - anytime they have a spare moment. Then, when they do
connect to your network their off-line data is synchronized.
