Amtech has created RPM, our Real-time Plant Monitoring system. This "out of the box" machinery interface solution can be retrofitted to virtually any machine regardless of age utilizing industry- standard hardware. Some of the features of this new module include:
  • Photo sensors on machines provide real time speed and mode changes to Amtech's Plant Data Entry module.
  • Mandatory reconciliation of waste from the corrugator or sheet supplier to the finishing machine.
  • A virtual dashboard showing real time statistics by machine and department showing production information by shift, day, week, or month.
  • An instant replay feature to view past history in a timeline mode.
  • Automatic feedback to the estimating system using actual production data.
