Our System review has four phases.                                         Lets Schedule!

1. The environment review phase insures that Imaginera is installed on the computer system in ways that provide maximum speed and efficiency of the programs and database.
2. The data review phase determines that accuracy of the data tables that have been built and their applicability to the client's business plan.
3. The user competency phase reviews the various software users and their familiarity with the Imaginera functions, reports, and data views that apply to their job functions.
4. If time allows, the training reinforcement phase allows our analyst to provide users with re-training, functionality hints, or other suggestions that will immediately improve their use of Imaginera.

In a single-plant environment, the complete review requires four or five days.
We can customize review's to be modular or end-user specific ie., customer service . . .

Prior to the date of the on-site visit, our analyst will contact you to discuss your business plan, customer mix, and the current status of the implementation of Imaginera. We will use this information to create a preliminary schedule of each phase of the process. The schedule will be completed at least two weeks before the on-site visit begins.
