Throughout the year Amtech will host Continuing Education Seminars on key topics including Report Writing, Costing, Inventory Management, and Advanced Customer Service.

Our software consultants help your team develop a roadmap for optimum utilization of your Amtech software. We provide valuable input on to best use Amtech applications to meet your business needs. Other critical deliverables include knowledge transfer and training of all modules being deployed in your plant.

Become Power Users with a comprehensive review of your Customer Service practices. Examining your systems and evaluating your users, our analysts will develop a training plan to address the systems issues and training gaps.

Topics will cover utilizing inventory information (ex: usage reports and consignment warehouses) and order processing strategies (ex: will a PO to vendor be needed, plus discussion of RSO). Lastly, the analyst will discuss new customer service options in Release 3.1 (if applicable).
