Release upgrades:
Amtech provides a minimum of one release of software per year. Releases
include Amtech's in-house development as well as client sponsored
modifications. Extensive release notes and ongoing enhancements in the
documentation and on-line help tools provide a roadmap for clients that
want to take advantage of the software improvements. Optional on-site
services are available to expedite the education process related to new
release capabilities.
Coordination of Amtech User Conferences:
Amtech provides a three-day user's conference approximately every 18 - 24
months. Presentations are made in a classroom environment with user
participation encouraged. This forum provides clients the ability
to share experiences and suggestions for future enhancements.
